MACRAMÉ WORKSHOP // LIANNA HUNG (LUNE OBVALLATA)
About the Instructor:
Lianna Hung is the designer and maker behind Lune Obvallata, a small handmade jewelry and housewares business she owns in partnership with her fiancé Mark. Based out of Calgary, Lianna has pursued a career in visual installations/presentations for the past 8 years, despite having a BA in English and Political Science. Always having had a strong artistic nature, and being an obsessive hobbyist, Lianna began selling her work at MC in 2014. Since then, she has been able to grow her business from solely jewelry to different forms of fiber art (weavings and macramé) as well as wood work, with help from her ever-patient partner. With her need to continue challenging the process, Lianna is excited to bring her love of making with others and cannot wait to host this workshop.
