We are excited to announce that we are back for the 6th annual Sled Island Block Party! This year we will be doing a Vintage and Curated Consignment Pop-Up, so if you’d like to enjoy the summer sun and listen to some sweet tunes with us, read on for the application details below.

INFORMATION

Date: Saturday, June 24th
Time: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
Location: Inglewood

Tent Fee:
1/2 tent: $50 + gst (TOTAL: $52.50) – For this option, you will be sharing a tent with another seller.
10X10 Tent: $100 + gst (Total: $105.00)

Each artist will be located under a tent. Each space includes a 6’ by 3’ table and two chairs.

You are welcome to share your space, but each interested company needs to apply.

RULES AND FAQ’s

What are the hours of operation? What time is set-up?

Hours of Operation: Saturday, June 24th, 2:00pm – 7:00pm
Set up: Saturday, June 24th, Noon – 2:00pm

Leaving Early:

We have a policy that vendors should not leave before the end of the event.  If there is a pressing concern, or emergency, please inform us at the event before packing up. If there is no valid reason, this will affect your involvement with the MC in the future.

Where is the venue located?

The Sled Island Block Party X Market Collective Collaboration is located outside in Inglewood at the intersection of 10th Avenue and 10th Street SE.

Should I bring anything else for my tent and table?

Yes! We encourage all artists to bring anything you want to decorate your space, table cloths, shelves, anything!

What time does the Market Collective event end?

The Market Collective component runs until 7pm although the Sled Island Block Party goes until 10pm.

What form of payment is there at the Market Collective?

Because artists keep 100% of their commission, artists are responsible for their own payments.  Please bring any systems that you use and your own float! There will be an ATM available on-site for people to withdraw money.

What if I need to cancel my table?

To obtain a full refund, each seller must cancel no later than 3 weeks before the event date. A $25 administration fee will be charged on all refund requests.

How do we know what table is ours?

For this event, we are doing a first-come, first-serve basis.  Make sure you come early to secure your perfect spot!
